This beautiful, 2200 square foot, beachfront home, including a separate guest house, is complete with private pool and steps to the beach. This house is on the sand, in the private gated community of Mision Viejo, 10 miles south of the town of Rosarito Beach at 50 kilometers.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, on the private sand beach or in the non heated swimming pool and spa. The house includes use of a large driveway and street parking to park your vehicle, motorcycle's, ATVs, and jet skis. Also included is a large and small portable barbeque grill, which can be moved to the pool area or patio. This house has 100% italian marble floors with modern décor. The large living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom all boast beautiful ocean views.

The large ocean view living room has beautiful vaulted wood ceilings, 3 large sofas, a round casual dining table with 6 chairs, marble fireplace, 27 inch TV with a sky satellite TV receiver, DVD, VCR, and portable CD radio. The ocean view kitchen and dining room is elevated and overlooks the living room and casual dining table. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, all utensils, pots, pans, kitchen bar with 4 bar stools, dining table with 7 chairs, and a complete bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view of Calafia Point, king size bed, vaulted wood ceilings, private bathroom with tile shower, 20 inch plasma TV with DVD and a sky satellite TV receiver. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds with a private bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms are in a separate detached guest house, located in the front yard of the property.

This private guest house is complete with two separate bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower, a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, DVD, satellite receiver, and ceiling fans above each bed. One bedroom in the guest house has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed.

Located between both private bedrooms is the kitchenette and full bathroom. The laundry room is complete with washer, dryer and sink. The non heated pool varies from 3 to 5 feet, with an additional seating area. The non heated jacuzzi waterfalls into the pool during the daytime. The huge pool deck patio has two seating areas, with a panoramic ocean view.

The patio has steps to a lower level beach view terrace, with bar seating area and table with 6 chairs. This area is complete with steps to the sand beach. The whole house, pool, spa, patios and steps to the beach, are private.

This beautiful, four bedroom, four bathroom home is located in gated community of Mision Viejo in the town of Cantamar. It is one-fourth mile drive north to the Baja Sand Dunes, where you can ride your own motorcycles or rent them. A two mile drive north to the Famous lobster village of Puerto Nuevo.

Only an eight-mile drive north to the Fox Movie Studio attraction, and ten-mile drive north to the town of Rosarito Beach. Lafonda is a five-mile drive south and Ensenada is only 30 miles south. This house is centered around endless activities and entertainment. It is the perfect home for rest and relaxation, entertaining with your friends and family, or enjoying the endless activities.
